Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, from pre-construction to final close out, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget. He/she provides accurate and timely communication all throughout the construction process to clients and construction professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- 4+ years experience in High End Restaurant construction
- Proven experience managing & estimating multiple projects and projects team
- Strong computer skills MS Project, Blue beam, Plangrid, Raken, MS office software- specially excel and timberline
- Bachelor's Degree - construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
