Job Description
DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Partner to serve as the strategic right-hand of the Monterrey leadership team. This role focuses on restaurant strategy and execution, collaborating with commercial, operations, and product teams, and driving impactful restaurant engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing restaurant campaigns, developing tailored strategies, and overseeing performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Leading a team responsible for creating and executing the restaurant strategy for Monterrey
- Implementing full life cycle of restaurant campaigns
- Collaborating with restaurant partners to define attractive promotions
- Developing 360° campaign strategies
- Partnering with operations and product teams to ensure feasibility
- Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
