Requirements
- Launch and control of requests in control spreadsheet and rate
- Sending and receiving of correspondence to the recipients
- Creation of purchase orders in internal systems
- Follow-up and realization of budgetary comparisons and negotiation with suppliers
- Monitoring, directing and controlling of services provided by third parties in the area of installations
- Contact with the condominium for release of service providers and employees in the building
