Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes.
Requirements
- Gains familiarity with Business Analysis concepts, practices and methodologies.
- Performs standard Business Analyst duties, including: Working with Business Analysis team members and assigned organizational stakeholders to understand customer-focused processes, requirements and areas of concern.
- Contributes to system / process evaluation, gap identification and improvement development.
- Assists with improvement-focused project planning.
- Documents project steps, anticipated outcomes and expected business impact.
- Assists with Issue identification and resolution.
- Develops progress reports and communicates project status to team and manager.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
