Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician / Career Changer in Field Service to support our systems and projects for customers. The role involves installation, fault clearance, and maintenance of banking and retail products, as well as collaboration on projects and documentation of service assignments. The ideal candidate will have technical understanding, manual dexterity, and knowledge of PC hardware, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Ideally, some experience in the service sector
- Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and knowledge of PC hardware
- Customer-orientated and independent work
- Reliability, initiative, and ability to communicate and work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C.1 GER)
- Knowledge of English desirable
- Permanently valid class B (3) driving licence for nationwide deployment
