Job Description
As Workflow Automation Manager, you will build technological systems that scale our e-commerce business, automate processes, and ensure efficient internal processes. You will be the technical bridge between various tools and systems, and develop automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, and API integrations.
Requirements
- Experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or comparable automation tools
- Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, data transformations (No-Code/Low-Code focus)
- E-commerce background (Shopify preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Klaviyo), ERP/WMS tools, and marketing stacks
- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented
- Good German and English knowledge
