Job Description
Digicel is seeking a Headend Senior Engineer to implement strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of headend systems, and provide expert technical support and guidance to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- Proven experience in managing headend operations within the telecommunications industry
- In-depth knowledge of headend equipment, cable distribution systems, IP, multicast, unicast and RF technologies
- Strong database and scripting proficiency in languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to headend operations
