Job Description
The Recruitment & HR Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles, partner with hiring managers, and maintain accurate employee data across HR systems. They will also build and maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding initiatives, and handle travel reservations for employees. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 2-3 years of experience in HR recruiting cycle, operations, or a similar role, and proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
