A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to significantly accelerate their customer acquisition efforts and scale their brand across Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Deep expertise in managing and optimising digital ad campaigns across SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Hands-on, in-platform expertise operating Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience managing campaigns in-house across multiple SEA markets
- A customer-first approach that allows you to tailor campaigns and communications to specific audience segments and profiles
- The ability to dive deep into data to generate actionable insights
- Strong budget management and ROI forecasting experience across multiple channels
- Experience providing guidance or mentorship to less experienced team members
- A results-driven mindset with a hunger to find creative solutions to problems and deliver measurable impact
