As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, you will advise on a CRM vision and roadmap, moderate workshops, and support product owners and stakeholders to optimize business processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical working experience within Microsoft Business Applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Insights Journeys, Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Contact Center Power Platform Configuration & Implementation
- Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform certification is an advantage (e.g. PL-200)
- Knowledge in GenAI, Copilot, Agents is an advantage
- Requirement Engineering (certification is an advantage)
- Product Backlog Management (DevOps, Jira)
- Agile project methodology
- Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English)
