Sr. Director, Engineering

DigitalOcean is seeking a Sr. Director of Engineering to drive excellence across all Compute offerings, including Product Management, Design, Infrastructure, and development teams. This technical leadership role will focus on scaling and optimizing compute systems, setting goals, managing teams, and providing coaching. The role requires a strong understanding of software development and a commitment to building high-performing teams within a rapidly growing company.
