They are seeking a freelance sales recruitment partner to source sales talent on behalf of their clients and offer strong bounties for successful hires. The role requires experience in recruiting sales or go-to-market roles and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for sales or go-to-market roles
• Proven track record placing SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, or sales leadership roles
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics such as quota attainment, pipeline generation, deal size, and sales cycles
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to assess both hard performance data and soft skills during screening calls
• High-volume mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
• Strong self-management, accountability, and responsiveness
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how sales hires impact revenue outcomes
