Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our expansion into the European market, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with IT service providers and technology firms looking to scale through offshore talent solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the IT services, outsourcing, or offshoring industry experience.
- Proven experience selling offshore / nearshore IT or technology services into the European or UK market.
- Strong understanding of the MSP, SI, or software development sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate client needs into actionable offshore solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools with experience with HubSpot preferred.
