Job Description
Responsible for supervising and tracking all scopes of work relating to staffing, employment compliance and labor relations, including recruitment, employer branding, internship policies, compliance and labor relations, teams budget monitoring, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Economics/ related majors
- Having general knowledge of Labor Law
- Having good skills in recruitment, negotiation, plan setting and execution, problem finding and solving and resource management
- Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field and position
- Highly responsible, careful, honest, hard-working
