As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead backend, frontend, QA, and technical leads responsible for building scalable, resilient, and high-performance services for our Third Party Management Platform.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Deep experience with MERN (React/Node) and ability to work with.NET or PHP components
- Proven ability to architect systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, and AI-driven design patterns
- Strong background in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including cloud migration strategies
- Hands-on expertise with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Experience designing and scaling microservices architectures in high-growth SaaS environments
- Familiarity with IaC (AWS CDK/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of application security, observability, monitoring, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving ability and strong stakeholder communication skills
