Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their GRC SaaS platform. The role focuses on creating secure, scalable microservices using AWS and TypeScript, driving architecture discussions, and shaping the AI strategy. The engineer will mentor teams, pioneer AI-driven solutions, and ensure platform resilience and governance.
Requirements
- 5–10 years delivering secure, scalable applications in agile environments
- Understanding of model architectures, bias, and safety concerns, prompt engineering, and AI systems with monitoring and governance
- Proficient in Node.js/TypeScript for serverless microservices on AWS
- Strong communication skills, including English
- Proven track record of managing and developing technical competencies within engineering teams
