Job Description
Diné Development Corporation is seeking a Forward Deployed Innovation Strategist to lead strategic growth and capture efforts across the 4th Estate agencies. This role bridges innovation capability development with strategic deployment, focusing on Solution Accelerators, and involves hands-on client delivery, direct collaboration with subsidiary teams, and mentorship of new hires. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, capture opportunities, and contribute to the development of DDC’s innovation portfolio.
Requirements
- Actively lead and participate in business growth initiatives.
- Design, develop, and mature Solution Accelerators aligned with strategic markets.
- Directly collaborate with subsidiaries and market vertical teams.
- Provide strategic support to subsidiary operations and foster knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to intellectual capital development and continuously improve Solution Accelerators.
- Act as a strategic resource, anticipating future delivery needs.
- Conduct market and ethnographic research.
