Substitute

The Substitute Teacher fulfills the school's mission by assisting the classroom teacher in guiding and evaluating the students' learning process in the Catholic school.

Requirements

• Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school
• Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church
• Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and other professionals
• Supervises students at all times, including lunch, recess, and routine movement
• Performs clerical tasks, and prepares instructional materials and bulletin boards as indicated by the classroom teacher
• Collaborates with peers to enhance the work environment and support instructional planning
