Job Description
Direct Agents is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join their Client Services leadership team. This role focuses on supervising and managing client accounts, driving client growth, and providing excellent communication. Requirements
- 5+ years of account management/client services experience specific to digital
- 2+ years experience managing multiple direct reports
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Expert relationship builder with strong client service skills
- Analytical skills required -- must have experience in MS Excel and data analysis
- Ability to think strategically on your feet
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and diligent work ethic
- Strong time management skills
