Job Description
Direct Agents is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead a team of Analysts and Strategists, develop data-driven strategies, and drive business growth. The role involves project leadership, data analysis, collaboration with clients, presentation skills, and a strong focus on data systems research and implementation. The company emphasizes innovation, work-life balance, and employee growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and marketing (not including internships)
- 2+ years successfully managing team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools, languages, and techniques including Python, SQL, AI/ML development, and database design
- Experience with tracking design and utilization of measurement platforms and tools such as GA4, GTM, CDPs, and CRMs
- Experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau
- Strong ability to quickly understand and apply learnings from platform developer documentation
