Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate

Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading technology and life sciences law firm to add a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to its corporate practice. The firm represents innovative companies and advises on complex transactions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, significant M&A transactional experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Significant M&A transactional experience
• Exposure to technology and/or life sciences transactions (preferred but not required)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Superior academic credentials
• Active bar membership in the state of the office applied to (or eligibility to sit/waive in)
