Associate Attorney – Health Care Transactions role offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters for a diverse client base across the health care industry.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of transactional experience with a strong focus on health care–related matters
- Working knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks and their impact on transactions and ongoing business operations
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents
- Ability to manage complex matters and multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in training and mentoring junior attorneys
- AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with senior partners and clients
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (or timely admission in the office of hire)
