Direct Counsel is seeking a Project Finance Associate (3–5 years) to join its top-ranked Energy Advisory practice in either New York or Washington, D.C. The role involves leading or supporting project finance transactions involving renewable power and energy transition assets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project finance, preferably in renewable energy or energy transition
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating core financing documents
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Strong written, analytical, and communication skills
• Admission to the New York or Washington, D.C. Bar
