Real Estate Associate wanted for Am Law 200 firm with 14 offices and over 300 attorneys. 3-5 years of experience required in commercial real estate transactions. Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Strong experience with real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients and in a collaborative team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
