Job Description
Trust & Estate Litigation Associate – Mid to Senior Level position available at a respected law firm, with 5+ years of experience in trust & estate litigation, handling complex, emotionally charged disputes, and representing individual, professional, and corporate fiduciaries, as well as beneficiaries, in contested trust and estate matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of focused experience in trust & estate litigation
- Significant experience litigating probate and trust disputes in Oregon and/or California courts
- Active Oregon Bar admission (required)
- California Bar admission strongly preferred given the bi-state nature of the practice
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Confidence handling matters with a high degree of independence
Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $160,000 – $230,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $106,000
