DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT

Responsible for overall hospital utilization performance improvement and operational management of department to promote effective utilization of hospital resources and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in acute hospital case management and leadership position
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school, college or university as a Registered Nurse or Social Worker
• Current Texas State registration as a Registered Nurse or Social Worker
• Certification in Case Management (preferred)
• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• McKesson InterQual® experience and Business Planning experience (preferred)
