Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two sites in Northeast Pennsylvania, with a focus on improving production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Interface and work with key staff positions
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement
- Employ lean techniques and 6 sigma methodology
- Meet required customer shipping schedules
- Establish working relationship with Union leadership
- Manage direct reports
- Strategic planning experience and analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
- In depth knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing practices
- Theory of Constraints experience
