Job Description
The Director of Pre-Arrival Services is responsible for the overall direction and management of patient access services, including scheduling, financial clearance, and concierge functions. The Director ensures efficient and effective personnel and operational management and partners with various departments to promote continuous improvement in access to services and customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ to 10 years of experience in Patient Access
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience managing a call center
- Experience working for a large healthcare facility
