Job Description
Process Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing process efficiency and managing small equipment modification projects. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize machine performance.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic mechanical design of equipment and/or modifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively take action to solve problems and make decisions
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Principles, SPC and Theory of Constraints (preferred)
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other design applications
- Knowledge of Minitab SPC software (preferred)
