PT – Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist is needed for a SNF position with 1+ to 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and delivering physical therapy programs, and instructing patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
• 1+ to 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
• Ability to instruct and educate patients and caregivers
