RN CASE MANAGER

The RN Case Manager oversees the clinical plan of care, integrates care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning. The position requires medical necessity screening, care coordination, and documentation in eCCM. The RN Case Manager must have 5+ to 7 years of experience in acute care hospital case management.

Requirements

• BSN degree
• 5+ years bedside nursing experience
• Current Professional Nurse License issued and/or recognized by Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
• CCM or ACMA certification preferred
• Experience with InterQual criteria application
