Job Description
The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and proposals for construction projects, working with clients and subcontractors to discuss and formulate estimates, and analyzing historical data to improve estimating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 3+ years of direct project estimating experience
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Software experience such as Quotesoft, Accubid, Oracle, and PowerBI
- Thorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, various construction disciplines, cost control systems
