Social Security Attorney

As a Social Security Attorney, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships and cases, working closely with partners to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Represent clients in the pursuit of disability benefits before the SSA
• Create and maintain a strong attorney-client relationship with each and every client
• Assist in all levels of the SSA disability process from the initial application through appeals
• Maintain a steady caseload of hearings with integrity, skill, and compassion
• Conduct regular communication with clients, and other entities as needed, while projecting a positive image of the firm at all times
• Contact prospective clients when needed to screen and accept viable disability cases
• Support department and firm goals through effective communication, representation, and leadership
• Maintain and complete all tasks in a timely manner with an unwavering and laser focus on deadlines
