VA Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients' cases from start to finish, communicating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring accurate and updated information regarding client cases.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in case management
• Ability to commute to the Troy office 3 days a week
• Understanding of the VA claims & appeals process
• Ability to prosper in fast-paced environments
• Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related fields
