Job Description
Join our team in a dynamic hybrid role, offering flexibility to work remotely and from our headquarters in Watertown, MA. The Regional Access Manager, West will engage with assigned health care providers, provide access education, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related business, healthcare or scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical/ biotech industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with specialty pharmacy and buy/bill networks
- Understanding of access process from Rx to shipment
- Experience with products that require prior authorization and clear understanding of related billing, coding and in-office support
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels, inside and outside of the company
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
