Job Description
Discovery Cube is seeking a Retail Shift Lead for its Elements Store in Sylmar, California. The role involves daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, display maintenance, and ensuring smooth store flow. The Lead will collaborate with Guest Service Managers to improve efficiency and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior cash handling experience
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated high level of competency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to analyze and track results
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
