Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team at Discovery Life Sciences in Kassel, Germany. The successful candidate will operate basic laboratory equipment, follow protocols and procedures, and maintain an accurate laboratory notebook.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as BTA/CTA/MTLA (or similar) with at least 5 years relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with educational laboratory experience with at least 5 years relevant work experience
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality
• Excellent laboratory skills, including proficiency in pipetting, documentation and procedure
• Experience converting measurements and preparing chemical solutions and buffers
• Ability to understand protocols and perform protocols with consistency
• Basic experience or proficiency with laboratory equipment and laboratory analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English language
