We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our eCommerce team. The role involves managing people-related matters, engineering delivery, and efficiency topics. You will be part of the Distribusion leadership team and report to our Senior Engineering Manager, eCommerce.

• Manage, lead, and grow Engineering teams
• Advocate and drive projects to develop our Tech brand
• Increase the quality and stability of our services
• Establish Tech org structure in the domain
• Plan resources of the team according to the roadmap quarterly
• Be responsible for Incident management
• Take responsibility of the architectural design within the domain
