Senior Engineering Manager, Supply (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for our Supply Domain. You will be responsible for managing and leading the team on all People-related matters and engineering delivery and efficiency topics. You will own one of our Domains from the Engineering and delivery standpoint, which usually combines ~4 teams.

Requirements

• Experienced People leader who has managed backend or cross-functional teams in the past
• Understanding and reviewing code in Ruby and/or Python
• Well-rounded Engineer who can address technical issues yourself if needed
• Extensive experience working with a microservice architecture, aware of event-driven approaches, and worked with systems geared towards asynchronous communications
• Tech leader who can drive projects and develop our Tech brand internally and externally
• Driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel
• Ownership and responsibility for your problem space
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
