Requirements
- Plan, execute, and follow up on all operations of programs and educational experiences
- Ensure impeccable execution, paying attention to every detail
- Develop and follow operational schedules and checklists
- Conduct negotiations and supplier contracts
- Monitor the logistics of professors, specialists, and external partners
- Be responsible for orchestrating the entire participant journey
- Execute pre- and post-event communications, attendance lists, certificates, and feedback
- Think strategically about encouragement actions
- Evaluate current processes, propose practical and creative suggestions for operational and experience improvement
