Job Description
Distyl AI is seeking a highly skilled Executive & Personal Assistant to support a CEO. This role focuses on managing the CEO's time, priorities, logistics, and travel arrangements, requiring discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The company develops production-grade AI systems for Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Streamline administrative workflows and systems.
- Manage personal tasks and events.
- Provide administrative and operational support.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and remove friction points from the CEO's day-to-day operations.
