Job Description
This position will support the Central Commissions Manager with travel agent payments/billings and related customer service inquiries. The role involves processing manual commission payments and billings, monitoring payments for accuracy and timeliness, and responding to inquiries from travel agents and franchisees.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service and/or finance/accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with Excel, Oracle, MicroStrategy, and SPE a plus
- Hotel/hospitality experience a plus
