Job Description
Diversicare of Council Grove is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for an Assistant Director of Nursing - RN ADON position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, with a focus on creating a warm, caring, safe, and professional environment for patients and residents.
Requirements
- Current RN license by State Board of Nursing
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to coordinate with other departments
