Product Owner

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Product Owner to join our team in Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL.

Requirements

• Support lead product owner with customer journey mapping and requirements design
• Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with engineering, UX, billing, DSP integrations, and regional business teams
• Create scalable models for supporting direct bill customers and multi payment options
• Use analytics and Voice of Customer insights to optimize user flows and drive subscription growth
• Support pilot deployments and phased expansion to additional customer groups and asset types
