Manager, Product Management

The Product Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, overseeing new product launches, and leading market research. This role involves building client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring effective business planning. The position reports to Global Business Unit (HEC).

Requirements

• Plan marketing plans and review business plans internally and externally
• Oversee stock inventory to ensure optimal supply
• Oversee new product launches, including product launch plans and sample preparations
• Oversee and review sales trends
• Lead market research and analysis
• Lead product training to equip the sales team
• Develop strategic client relationships
• Driving cross-functional collaboration and Key Opinion Leaders
