Product Specialist

The Product Specialist will assist in managing operating expenses, provide insights on medical sales planning, and conduct customer interactions. They will track performance, prepare quotes, report on competitors, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of products. They will also handle customer interactions and complaints.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates with Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline
• Foundational knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories
• Willingness to travel, more than 1 area
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
