Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience managing open-air retail shopping centers
- Associate’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of building systems and materials as well as facilities maintenance protocols
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as required
