Job Description
Renovo Construction is seeking a Traveling Site Superintendent for immediate hire. The successful candidate will travel to job sites, manage on-site construction, and have the opportunity to live in different parts of the country. A competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 is offered, along with a benefits package and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction
- Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers
- Advanced knowledge of associated trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
- Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to travel
