Master's degree in Entomology or related field and 2-5 years of experience in field or greenhouse research

3+ years of similar experience in increasingly responsible roles. Associates Degree or higher

2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply coordination within a manufacturing or agricultural environment, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agriculture preferred, with 3-6 years of experience in seed production or a related industry

7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain leadership, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in agricultural sales-related business, diploma/degree/certificate in agricultural/sales/business-related field, seed experience preferred

High school diploma, 1+ years of experience, valid driver's license, and forklift certification

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Biology, or related field, 2-5 years of experience, pesticide license, strong communication and leadership skills

Proven agronomic experience, strong time management, results driven approach, ability to work autonomously, tertiary qualification in agriculture, ability to travel regularly

Strong attention to detail, effective time management, basic math and reading comprehension skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, commitment to workplace safety and product quality
