Field Representative

DLF North America is recruiting for a Field Representative in Albany, Oregon. The role is responsible for arranging and managing seed production, coordinating relationships with growers and industry personnel, and representing DLF USA Inc. in a positive manner.

Requirements

• Cultivate relationships and form mutual trust with new and current seed growers
• Negotiate seed production contracts to the mutual benefit of DLF USA Inc. and seed growers
• Provide proactive field support to the grower including field scouting, weed, insect and disease problems
